the sign of curvature: bug or feature

Thanks, Laura, for nailing down the curvature issue.

I was showing your hydro data to some weather modelers, and
we noticed a block of missing glaciers.  In t36nr13e, most of the
glaciers are miscoded.  Should I fix it myself, or do you have
updated data to share?  Did you offer me updates on the data
you gave me in '98.  I don't remember.

I hope all is well in your neck of the woods.
