Sorry for those of you who will get double and triple copies of this....

It is time once again to have a meeting of the UWCGIA. 

Here's my issues to bring to the table for this session:

* Formalizing the UWCGIA process.  Miles & I have been working on ideas
for a new coordinated curriculum for spatial inf. tech in nat.res & earth
sci, and we are proposing to create a subdivision under UWCGIA .  We want
to make sure that this will be "OK" with the UWCGIA.  But since we don't
have established membership, or any kind of official procedures, there is
no real way to find out if we are at liberty to take this kind of action.  
So the 1st step should be discussion of formalizing the way we deal with
these kinds of issues.  There are various other activities going on that
could also benefit by being supported by UWCGIA, so some official "stamp
of approval" process might be good to discuss.

* Membership in UCGIS.  How do we pay?  Who do we send to the National
Meeting?

* Name: are we UWCGIA or UWCGIS?

* Discussion of the new State site license for ESRI products, on-line
license requestor, virtual campus seats.

* Announcement of ArcView installation in MGH-CRC (& elsewhere).

Any other suggestions?
