The UW Extension Certificate Program in Geographic Information Systems
(http://www.outreach.washington.edu/extinfo/certprog/gis/gis_main.asp)
invites applications for Teaching Assistant for the 2001-02 academic year.
The TA will work in a classroom/lab environment one evening per week,
initially Tuesdays (September and October, 2001), followed by Wednesdays
(November, 2001-May, 2002).  Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Necessary skills:
	·	At least one year of intensive experience using ArcView GIS
	·	Experience using ArcView Extensions (especially Spatial
Analyst and Xtools)
	·	Experience managing GIS analytical projects
	·	Knowledge of GIS data (structures, sources and
transformations)
	·	Strong interpersonal skills
