Road layer

Does the UW, or do any of you, have a good Roads layer for King and Snohomish
Counties?  I have downloaded the data from the WSDOT website for counties
(shapefiles and coverages), and the local roads layer is inadequate.  I'd
appreciate any ideas.  Thanks!
