[UW-GIS-L] problem starting ArcInfo

       I just got an error message saying that I can't open ArcInfo because
"clock difference too large."  Is this referring to the clock on my
computer? (It has the correct time.)

I haven't had this problem before.  Is there an easy way to fix it?
