I am looking for someone for a short-term (approx. 80 hrs) GIS Analysis project. The time-line of this project is very short so the person must be a quick learner. Here is a brief scope of the project and what I am looking for as far as requirements:

Goal:
To identify the need for child care (county wide for particular communities)

Description:
This project has some demographic analysis dealing with child care centers (family day care, center facilities and exempt home care), children (taken from US Census), employer information, median income, total number of slots available, child care wait lists by community.

This project will use a series of overlays and other spatial methods to best present the results to the client.

I need someone who:

1. Has access to a fairly modern computer (WinNT based)
2. Can work with a short time-frame and under pressure
3. Is a quick learner and is available ASAP
4. Can think outside of the box
5. Has used GIS software, preferably ArcGIS and Spatial Analyst

I will be the lead on this project and will provide the software and data. Pay is negotiable. This would be a good project to gain experience and earn a little extra cash.

If you are interested, please send me your resume and any experience you might have in this type of work. Please use the subject of CCCC GIS.

Thank You,
