[UW-GIS-L] ArcIMS 4.0 installation problem

Although I get a green arrow indicating my isapi filter is working I run a
test to see if IIS is actually getting redirected requests and I get the
error "the page cannot be found".  If I stick in port 8080 in the url the
test page displays fine but in this case it's Tomcat displaying the test
page not IIS.
