[UW-GIS-L] arcgis fails to open over win2k terminal server

Hi,

Connecting to Arcgis 8.3 over a win2k terminal server connection with a
general domain user account:
When I connect and try to run arccatalog or arcmap I see the splash screen
display briefly but then it disappers after a few seconds.  The application
never runs.

When I connect and run under admin privileges they both work fine.
