[UW-GIS-L] stupid ArcGIS question - how to assign latitude &
longitude

A stupid person like me would translate the text file at the
arc prompt: PROJECT FILE infile outfile
This command requires a file of just X and Y, so there's a
little cutting and pasting ("cut" and "paste" are available at
the unix command prompt.) required.
