GIS Data Delivery Via ArcReader
Guy Kowalski, Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District 
The Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District has recently selected
ArcReader as the preferred stand-alone 
GIS data delivery tool for its regular employees and for its front counter
kiosk. This presentation will offer a technical 
perspective on the lessons learned through implementation of ArcReader at
the District. The discussion will focus on 
how the ArcReader program was introduced, how it was developed, critical
design aspects, how obstacles to success 
were overcome, and how, ultimately, ArcReader was embraced by the District's
employees.
