named crusty.ess.washington.edu 
<http://coal.ess.washington.edu/sde_databases.php>

We previously announced this to select users  Now that we are back in 
Johnson Hall, we are announcing it to the GIS list.  See 
http://coal.ess.washington.edu/ for more information.  The user "uw", 
asyou see (http://coal.ess.washington.edu/sde_databases.php), has access 
to 8 databases and many datasets.  The unguessable password is 
"huskies".  The website explains how to connect.
