Subject: WAGIC: Hydro Framework Project Announcement
Good Morning!
I wanted to inform the WAGIC user community that we've reached a major
milestone on our Washington Hydrography Framework Project this week. All
of the Washington spatial hydrography data has been completed and final
loaded of the data into the Pacific Northwest Clearinghouse at
http://hydro.reo.gov/ is happening now.
I'd like to thank the WA Department of Ecology for agreeing to tackle this
federal/state data integration work in eastern and western Washington and
the WA Department of Natural Resources for their continued commitment to
data stewardship.
I would also like to acknowledge the following individuals for sticking with
this project over the past two years:
Ecology - Dan Saul, Mike Woodall and John Tooley
WDFW - Martin Hudson, Tim Young and Dick O'Connor
WDNR - Carl Harris and Deborah Naslund
USFS - Rick Jordan and Ken Adee
BLM - Steve Salas and Dan Wickwire
Congratulations to all!
