[UW-GIS-L] NOAA chart DRG source?

Thanks,

We have all of the tide station data (we are oceanographers working on
the stations themselves).

The problem is that NOAAs RNCs are in a proprietary format (.BSB and
.KAP which was developed by Maptech if I recall correctly). I actually
just found a utility that will allow me to open .KAP files in Photoshop
and save as TIFFs, which will work for now, but I'd really like to be
able to convert them to GEO TIFFS.

The import utility can be found here:
http://www.apocgraphy.com/BsbImport/Default.htm

Cheers,
Chris
