[UW-GIS-L] Accessible GIS info for non-profits

If I am not mistaken, non-profit organizations can get a free license 
for ESRIs Desktop solutions. You should contact the ESRI sales support 
team. The Olympia office number is 360 - 754 - 4727 to inquire about 
pricing for non-profits.
