[UW-GIS-L] license server issues

It seems we can't get to the esri license servers from Gould. We have the 
reg hack set as described here

gis.washington.edu/ESRI/arcgis_install/campus_client.html#license_server

and point to sde.gis, toniwha.atmos and duwamish.lib. toniwha I hear is no 
longer available to the campus, but the other two show up as live on the 
server status web page. The error is

Vendor Host ARCGIS : duwamish.lib.washington.edu
FleXlm error: -97,380. System Error: 11001

Anyone else having an issue?
