[UW-GIS-L] fragstats

I am installing fragstats 3.3 on my computer.  The installation directions
state that I need to change my System Environmental Variables PATH name to
\ArcGIS\Bin (so it can access the aigridio.dll file).  Just wanted to make
sure this was an okay thing to do - I don't want to mess anything up.
