				Start Date: 	April 2007
				End Date:	August 2007
				Hours:		10-20 hours per week
during school, summer hours negotiable
				Salary:		Paid internship ($15.00
per hour)

Potential for permanent employment following
successful completion of internship.

Job Responsibilities:
*	Create maps for Land Acquisition department depicting the
locations of potential projects and neighboring sites of interest
*	Run Market Analysis charts showing comparable home sales for a
given area
*	Generate and publish Quarterly Market Analysis Books
*	Compile monthly updates of raw data into multiple databases
*	Update forward planning tool showing lot accumulation

Requirements:
*	Working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
*	Current enrollment in Degree or Certificate programs, seniors
planning to graduate by August 2007 preferred
*	Ability to make maps using ArcGIS 9.1
*	Experience with Microsoft Access and Excel, advanced database
skills a plus
*	Strong analytical skills
*	Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and the
ability to multi-task
*	Ability to work with quickly changing priorities
