[UW-GIS-L] Snapping GPS points to a line

I have a similar project snapping gps points to a line and used Hawths 
analysis tools and it worked quite nicely. I think the download is at 
this website: spatialecology.com. The snapping tool in this package also 
generated a distance snapped column in the output.
