[UW-GIS-L] Install ArcGIS Workstation 9.2 on Vista?

Can't execute to install from CD.

got this error message.

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not 
have the appropriate permissions to access the item"

am able to install other software such as oracle client.

Any idea?
