[UW-GIS-L] USPS City State Product (fwd)

A graduate student in Geography wonders if anyone at the UW has acquired 
(and is able/willing to share) this dataset from the Postal Service:

USPS "City State Product":
http://www.usps.com/ncsc/addressinfo/citystate.htm

It looks like a great big text file that matches places to their zip codes
and vice versa and is an alternative to the Mable GeoCorr website if 
available.
