[UW-GIS-L] server access?

Are the license servers down?  I usually dial in to the UW modem pool so i can access the licenses from inside the university sub-net.  I was logged in all morning and have spent the afternoon locked out with this error message (see attached).  All my registry keys are set correctly and the "Desktop Administrator" all looks groovy.  Was something changed in the university networks, or am i missing something?
