[UW-GIS-L] 9.3.1 released somewhere

I see from the ESRI web site that version 9.3.1 was released May 1.  I 
assume that it is following it's usual path from Redlands: walking in 
the cool of the night and sleeping under overpasses in the day, dodging 
brush fires, and stealing food from truck farms, and that it will be 
here in a few weeks.  Although the update installs like a patch, it is 
not posted on ESRI's patch download site.
