[UW-GIS-L] Preferred DOQQ formats

I would very much prefer the  DOQQ tiles (with 300m overedge), UTM projection (Zones 10 and 11), NAD83, 1-meter pixel, uncompressed TIFF.  Most of my federally funded research in Washington and Oregon uses data layers based on UTM NAD83.  Compression scheme does not really matter.

The California archive organization seems OK.
