[UW-GIS-L] Fwd: National Parcel Layer - The Latest SUPER APP Waiting for Universities to show us How to Use It

Since the biggest indicator of nonpoint source pollution is land use /
land cover, then a national model of nonpoint source pollution could be
possible. I will put this before the NSF CyberGIS team using TerGrid
resources to see if it is a worthwhile endeavor. Of course, I would ask
NSF for the funds for the dataset, not UW Libraries.
