[UW-GIS-L] ESRI VC course list

Hello,

I just signed up for a few courses, but I'm wondering if these are
basic/introductory courses? Because I have absolutely no experience in GIS
and I'm looking for a workshop to introduce me to it. I couldn't really find
any additional info other than the titles of the courses on the website so
if theres more information about these training opportunities, please let me
know.
