Yup. Right click on the shortcut that you use to start Arc workstation, 
and choose Properties from the menu. In the Properties dialog, look at the 
Options Tab.  Click on the QuickEdit check box. Then you can simply drag 
your mouse to select text and press <enter> to copy.
