[UW-GIS-L] Exporting part of raster data set

Hi All,

I am working with bathymetry data that is in raster format. I need to be
able to define a line/region on my map and export the bathymetry associated
with that for processing by another program. It seems like this should be
possible from ArcGIS's help file, but I haven't been able to figure it out.
Can anyone help?
