Nathan Hale High School has a Horticulture program, and is giving away all the plants grown this spring by students and left at the end of the year. (Donations are welcome, but optional.) There are many kinds of tomatoes (including Romas cherry tomatoes, and various heirlooms), herbs and flowers.
EVERYTHING MUST GO out of the greenhouse before the end of the school year. Therefore ALL tomato plants, hanging baskets, herbs, and vegetable starts are looking for a good home. We have lots of beautiful/health plants left. We will be open Saturday, 6/3, from 8am-noon, and are only asking for donations to support the NH
Horticulture program. Tell your friends, neighbors and family members. Email jjtorvik at seattleschools.org with questions. J.Troika
Directions: Go north on 35th Ave NE, past Meadowbrook Community Center. Turn right (east) on NE 110th St, then right again into driveway for greenhouse and parking area.
Thanks,
Mary R. O'Neil
