HR Web Page - beta version

Hello folks,

The WWW committee has embarked on a newer and much better/nicer (???)
home page.  I've basically reorganized and compacted the page.  I
think you'll like this a lot better.

Ta, I've integrated the blurb you sent me.  I chopped it into different
sections, you'll see what I mean when you check the page out.  Also,
you were wondering about an automatic "mail to" command, I've done this
but it'll only work with Netscape browsers. (They're the only ones that
has this ability - as far as I know.)

Scott,  I need you to write a small blurb regarding track activities.
You'll know what I mean when you see the page.

Ben S., I'll need you to do the same thing. (After your NORBA fandango
of course.)

To the sponsorship committee, let them know that we can give them some
sort of Web advertisement - their logo and a small description.

Note, this is the temporary site/address.  I'll make it the default one
(http://weber.u/~tongcoec) after I get comments from people.  BTW, the
page is meant to be viewed with Netscape (Mosaic is ok, but you don't 
get the neat features and formating).  Let me know if problems are 
encountered.
