I just read an abstract that might interest you two-a-day'ers.  The authors
suggest that if doing two-a-days, that the intervals be done first rather
than the LSD ride.  This ensures that you will have more appropriate levels
of sugar in your system to enhance the quality of the workout.  If any of you
want more info on this article, please reply.

ps-->  went mtn biking on Sunday with a slow group, easy ride.  Didn't rain
on us until the end and we even came across a berry-laden blackberry bramble.
 I must say that I sated my jones'in for berries that day.  Sorry I missed
the Sunday mile-fest.
