Hey gang,
To all who are interested...we are still training at the track on
Wednesday afternoons. Racing doesn't start until 7:00pm so if we show up
by 4:30 then we can get in an hour and a half to two hours of good
interval work. Things we'll be working on include a lot of pace line
type intervals, pursuit (long) intervals, and sprints. Afterwards we can
watch the 4's clean-up in the races that evening. If you are planning on
racing that evening, don't worry. The riding before hand will be
excellent warm-up for the races that evening. It's hard to get a good
warm-up that simulates racing at the track, and these training exercises
are the best way I know of to do that. I may or may not be doing
motor-pacing a little earlier (around 4pm) with GS-Flash, depending on if
there is a motor and driver available.
Let me know if you would like to go and we can arrange transportation
accordingly.
hope to see you out there,
Scott
PS: Yes, I do plan to go out this week. I won't be doing any match
sprinting, or miss'n'out's with you guys, but I would like to get back on
the bike and do a few intervals.
