Sponsorship meeting

Hey kids,

  It's that time of year again.  Time to start organizing for next 
season.  The first few things we have to think about are officers and 
sponsorship.  We are going to have a sponsorship meeting at the bike 
house (112 NE 61st St) tomorrow night at 7:00pm.  If *anyone* is interested 
in approaching *anyone* about possible sponsorship of the team then they 
should attend the meeting.  We will be finalizing the team's portfolio 
and getting a list of sponsors we would like to contact.  If you can't 
make it, or get this message after Tuesday night then email me or alysha 
(alywebb at u...) to indicate your intent to seek sponsors.  We need all the 
help we can get.  Sponsorship is a numbers game, the more people you have 
out there looking and asking the more sponsors we will get.  Everyone 
should go after at least one prospective sponsor, and they don't have to 
be athletics related companies or businesses.  I'd like to have the 
portfolio done before school starts, in the mean time people should be 
working on cover letters to the sponsors that they would like to 
approach.
