Here are the notes from last night, please make corrections/suggestions
as needed. The meeting concentrated on Sponsorship.

Overview:
	1) Sponsorship Structure
	2) Approach strategy
	3) Proposal Packet
		-Design
		-Timetable
	4) Sponsorship Coordinators
	5) Who goes for what (people's interest)?

------------------------------------------------------------------------

1) Sponsorship structure
This has to do with the type/classes of sponsorship we are trying
to get. Here are the different classes discussed:
		i) Cash sponsorship
ii) High end equipment (i.e. frames)
		iii) Low end/generic equipment (i.e. helmets,bike
                     computer, components, tires, etc.)
iv) Goods (i.e. food, drinks, etc)
Cash sponsorship will be stored away in the team's coffers to
support the operational expenses of the team and more importantly,
help pay for expenses at nationals (road, track & MTB).
High end equipment such as frames will be dealt with on a
team/individual basis. Take the hypothetical situation where a
frame company is willing to sponsor us by giving us 5 free frames
and any frames there after at a pro deal. First dibs goes to the "elite"
members who wants them, "development" members get the frames at the
cut pro deal.
Everyone get dibs on "free" generic equipment and opportunities
to get pro deals.

2) Approach strategy
The sponsorship coordinator(s) will coordinate everyone's
effort if obtaining sponsors. Do not expect the coordinator to
do all the approaching. Any individual from the team that has a
company/connection that they would like to approach contacts the
coordinator and informs the coordinator that they would like to
approach so-and-so. The individual should request a proposal packet
from the coordinator.
Goal is to get all the sponsorship done within the next
4 weeks.

3) Proposal packet
This will be a generic brochure describing the club's
activities, results, goals, etc. It will be loaded with lotsa
neato scanned images showing Huskies in action. The packet will
also contain an expected budget for the school year.
Cover letter can be a generic one made up the the
coordinator or a more customize one made by the contacting
individual. A customize cover letter is preferred.
Thia, Scott and Emerson will get going on this ASAP.
Ethan will be making up a budget.

4) Sponsorship Coordinators
	Scott and Thia

5) Who goes for what
So far, here's what we have:

Ta: Stella's, Breugger's or Bernies, Sachs, Aussie or Pearl Izumi
            Avocet
Thia: will call Powerbar for Alysha (we will be asking for a
