Spinergy wheels for sale

Hi everyone.

A friend of mine is selling a pair of Spinergy sewups (Shimano cassette
rear) that are two years old but in perfect condition (<500 mi on them in
triathlons, no mass start races). 

He is asking $425 + shipping for the pair, with decent tires included; 
price is negotiable within reason. Spinergies sell for ~$700/pr new. The
