Getting Licensed...

You need a USCF license to race road races and any of the
 NCCA (collegiate) weekends this spring.

You'll also need a USCF license to race on the track, or Collegiate
 track nats (Sept 21st).

You'll need a NORBA license to race any mountain bike races and
at collegiate mountain bike nationals (in the Fall).

You have two options for getting a license. You can get a "race
day annual license" when you sign up for the race. This is your best bet
if you think that you'll be racing in the next month. Basically, you just
show up at the race, fill out the form, and get a carbon copy. The carbon
copy is your license for the next thirty days and eventually a real
 license is mailed to you.

If you aren't going to be racing the first collegiate weekend, then
you probably have enough time to send away for the full license directly
 to USA Cycling.

You can find the form at:
	http://www.usacycling.org/membership/?docs/license.html.

If you don't have a USCF club, you can put down "Husky Racing". This
will potentially save you $5 on unattached fees and is "technically" required
to wear the Husky jersey in a USCF (non-collegiate) race.

If you have any questions please let me know,

	Peter
