UW Weekend, BBQ Party, etc

Conference folks et. al,

A few tidbits about the UW weekend in Seattle:

1) If you want to check the schedule, go to the following sites:

2) Entry fees for collegiates at Volunteer Park on Saturday
morning is $8.00, with NO late fees. So remember to thank the
promoter for giving us this special deal. No special fee at
Vashon Island, everyone pays the same, $20.

3) What do I do after racing in the morning at Volunteer Park?

	Well, there is nothing to prevent you from racing your
respective USCF category. There is plenty of time to rest. You
have the whole afternoon to check out the city of Seattle. At
6PM, there will be a barbeque party at the home of UW riders
Andy Erickson and Ben Jacobsen (who is rumored to be planning on
racing this weekend). They will have drinks and snacks, people
should bring their own food to grill. Their address is 
6547 30th Ave NE. Look for Andy and Ben at the race to get 
directions, you can also send them email at either ae at u.washington.edu
or roadiebj at u.washington.edu. Hope everyone can make it to the
barbeque Saturday night.

4) Vashon Island. Remember that you have to take the ferry to
get to Vashon Island. I'll be there at the Volunteer Park registration,
remember to ask me for a ferry schedule.

5) Daylight savings. Remember too that this weekend is daylight
savings time. Everyone loses 1 hr of sleep. Remember to adjust 
your clocks when you go to sleep Sat night.
