Yet another reminder about tonight's seminar with local coach Craig Undem.
He'll be telling you how to lay a good foundation this winter for your
spring and summer racing campaigns.  Craig has raced at the elite level on
the road and dirt, and is currently coaching the nationally renowned Redline
'cross team.  Bring any questions you have about training!  Don't forget
your clothing orders either!
