Subject: Conference CX Championships and Annual Meeting

The conference Cyclocross championships will be held on Nov. 26 at Cheney Washington and will be hosted by EWU and the Baddlands Cycling Club.  You can find information and directions at http://pegasusmedia.com/baddlands_cyclocross_series.htm.  There will be medals for 1-3 places for Men A, Men B, and Women.

We will hold our Annual Meeting of Team Directors (and any other interested parties) on campus following the Cyclocross Championships.  Perry Felker will make arrangements for a room.  A brief Agenda is as follows:

1) Schedule for 2001 Road.  Tentatively, so far:

Mar 31-Apr 1 OSU (TTT, RR Crit)
April 7-8 Frozen Flatlands Baddlands and EWU (Circuit Race and Road Race), 
April 28-29  Conference Championship in Walla Walla (TTT, RR, and Crit).

Let me know soon if you would like to host a road event.

2) Scoring procedures for Conference Road Championships and Qualification for Road Nationals.

3) Budget

4) Rosters, Categories, Up/Downgrades, etc.

5) Conference MTB Events and Qualification for Nationals.
