Hi, team. Tye is on his way back from spring break and wanted me to send
this email out on his behalf about the details for this weekend's racing.
Here's the deal:
1) Accomodation: Homestays are confirmed and Tye is waiting to hear back
from the race director on the details. This should all be worked out by
friday.

2) Transportation: Carpools. We will hold off on the van rental for now
and Jim will organize the carpool situation. So far, we have Dan driving
his van and possibly Jimmy driving his truck. Jim has also offered to
drive. A fourth driver may be needed. All those who are going who have
cars please email or call Jim and he will organize this: 910-8233;
berres at u.washington.edu. (Dan and Jimmy, please call Jim and this). If we
do not have enough drivers, then the van will need to be reserved on
Thursday and picked up on Friday morning. Sean, the team budget will
reimburse you for this if we end up renting a van. Sean, please be in
communication with Jim about this.

3) Time: The team will be leaving at 10am from the park and ride on 65th
and Ravenna under I-5. Please be punctual, it takes 10 hours to drive to
Montana.

4) Race info: go to http://users.moscow.com/wykoff/NWCCC.htm, the NWCCC
website.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to go because of an injured knee, but I wish
you all good luck and lots of fun! If you have any questions, please
contact tye: 909-0386.
