Coach Craigs: skills clinic...NOT YET.

nick,
please leave the running of the team to those who ARE in charge
of running the team.  we will have a clinic in the winter, until then you
must be patient.  if something important needs to happen we will attend
to it, but not until then.

almost all people will learn to ride in a group safely with the help and
instruction of elder team members and also by those who have been riding
road for years with packs.  those who dont learn by observation and
constructive words of encouragement will invariably crach and die, but
that happens every year.  I was so sad we lost those two riders in the
early fall last year... they had such promise.
