Monday ride in the mountains

In preparation for the Hamrod on the 14th w/ D-Rock Andreoli, i need to ride the mountains.  Anyone interested?  I'm thinking of riding St. Helens or Hurricane Ridge (probably the longest climb you will ever do, but that means the longest descent as well) - probably riding for 4hrs.  I want to leave town by 8:30am near UW.  Let me know if you want to go.  206-399-8872
