So it looks like there are 7 of us that will be up there all 4 days and a few that are coming up for a couple days. Everyone is welcome to come up even if you haven't told me. Just make sure you are prepared w/ supplies.
The training camp will be september 22-25(wed-sat) at Lake Cavanaugh. Let's plan on leaving from the park'n'ride on 65th and Ravenna underneath I-5 @ 8:30am.
I-5 north to exit 208 east to Arlington
you will be on hwy 530
the first light in arlington is hwy 9 - go north
on hwy 9 take a right on the Finn Settlement Rd
take a right onto lake cavanaugh rd heading east
at the fork in the road just before the lake, go south on S. Shore Dr.
Stay right at the next intersection and you are now going around the lake on S. Shore Dr.
The Cabin is in the middle of south shore

What to bring:
bike, extra tubes, more than 1 water bottle + extra water - no running water @ the cabin - get used to the great outdoors bitches, biking food for 4 days - i will bring the 300 balance bars up there, everyone should bring food to share - either drinks like beer and vodka, snacks, etc., the team will buy cereal, pasta, and stuff to bbq, swimsuit, towel, sleeping bag/pad, positive mental attitude (P.M.A.)
Riding: i guess we will have to ride so i'm thinking of just making sure we ride 2hrs each day. 2nd or 3rd day i want to do a long ride, but other than that i just want it to be relaxed.
Please Rsvp at least a week before we go up there.
