[Uwracing] Open Officer Meeting this Saturday - 5 pm

Hey guys,

I thought it would be a good idea to discuss plans for next year and  
pick some
officers if we can.  We'll be having a meeting at Galen's house at 5  
pm this Saturday (6/24):

6119 Brooklyn Ave NE
Seattle, WA 98115
(206)525-2159 (house # in case people get lost).
It is a gray house just north of 61st and Brooklyn (very close to  
campus).

We'll be looking for these officer positions:

Vice President
Sponsorship
Treasurer
Secretary

We'll talk about what each position entails at the meeting.  We'll  
also be talking about stuff such as:

Fund raising opportunities
Potential sponsors
Recruitment (not in the NCAA sense but just advertising our existence)
Track season (nationals)
Cyclocross season
Winter training programs
Team building events

Any other ideas are very welcome - that's the point of this meeting.   
Even if you're brand new to the club, everyone is invited to  
brainstorm how to make our club bigger, better and friendlier to our  
student body.

Oh, and bring some money for pizza and beer.  We'll aim to have the  
most of the meeting done by 6 so it won't conflict with anyone's  
evening plans.
