Make your mom angry, come heat the whole neighborhood:

 

Doing some sprints and some hills tomorrow (Tuesday) night.  I'll be
coming from the south so will be at Seward at 5:45 (or Renton Airport at
5:30).  

 

There will be a few sprints (I call them sprints, though an actual
sprinter would most likely call them something else) along the lake, and
then some hill repeats on Alder and Madrona before heading for home in
the North.
