[Uwracing] WSU/UI plans

So here's what I have so far:

We need transportation for the following people (2 in the cargo van and 6 in the passenger van):

Jordan
Kevin
Paul
Noah
Tony
Michael
Dave
Danny

Tony and Michael have offered to pick up the cargo and passenger vans, respectively.  What time do we want to leave?  Should we go with the usual 2pm departure?

Tony/Dave: do we want to bring the canopy again?  I think it would be a good idea.  Can you swing by my house on the way to the Park and Ride, like usual?  Also, are you going to get the bread or do you want me to?

We need accommodations for the following people (9 for the whole weekend and 10 for Friday night):

Jordan
Kevin
Paul
Noah
Tony
Michael
Dave
Danny
Joe
Josh Doonan (just for Friday night)

Last I heard we're staying in a hotel so Tony/Dave: do you want me to make reservations or do you want to do it?

I'll print out directions to and from the races and I'm going to bring some coffee for Bob, Joan, and Rob.

A final note: Tom will be racing this weekend, but he's driving himself and has his own accommodation.
