See the announcement below from our Northwest Collegiate Cycling Conference
director Miles about the upcoming NW collegiate cyclocross series. If you've
never tried cyclocross before, now's your chance. Between the Inland series
(see below) and the SCX series (www.seattlecyclocross.com), there will
opportunities to go out and race every weekend through Thanksgiving!

Also, for those interested in going to USAC collegiate nationals, attendance
at two races in the Inland series in the collegiate categories as a Cat A
will be required required for qualification.

I have been in touch with the promotor for the Inland Cross series and it
appears that all of the races for their season have collegiate categories.
That's right...the collegiate 'cross series prayers have been answered.

Race entry is $20.00 per event. You can race in the collegiate race with
your USAC collegiate license. I will be pulling out and ranking riders based
on collegiate category as the season progresses. For those interested in
going to USAC Collegiate Nationals, you must race in at least two events
during this series. Conference Champs will be held October 29th, 2011 at the
Walla Walla race. The winner of conference championships will receive a
call-up at nationals. I will also have some sweet medals to unload as well.
