[Uwracing] Weekend rides 10/15 and 10/16 - Mayor McGinn on Saturday 10/15!

Hey everyone,

Our weekly club and team rides will meet at the IMA entrance at 9:30am this
Saturday and Sunday. If you would like to join the club and have not yet
paid dues and/or filled out a waiver, you can turn in your cash/check for
$65 dues and fill out a waiver when we meet up. Similarly, if you have not
yet turned in kit order forms and/or payment, Jerome will be there to accept
them. **

And, don't forget that *Mayor of Seattle Mike McGinn will be **at our
Saturday October 15th morning ride*! We'll meet up at 9:30am in front of the
IMA for some free coffee and pastries from our sponsor Revolutions Espresso
(and, of course, free bars and other products from our sponsor Clif) while
the mayor says a few words in recognition of the club and the importance of
cycling in Seattle before we take off on our ride. The mayor will also have
some time for one-on-one greetings, pictures, etc. as well for anyone who is
interested. We'll get riding no later than 10:00am. Feel free to come even
if you do not plan on riding, and to bring any friends and fellow cyclists.
This will be a proud moment for the club, and, with a home football game
kicking off within hours of our event with the mayor, a great day to be a
Husky!
