Hey Huskies,
Just passing this on. If there are any new women who are not on the email
list yet, please forward this to them! Or, if you have friends who want to
get into cycling but need a bike, this is a pretty good deal--and it's been
in a solo breakaway at collegiate nats! :) RJ works at a bike shop and is a
great person who really knows bikes, so this is a truly legit deal.

Subject: 48cm road bike for sale - $600!
Need a rain bike? Got a friend who wants to get into road riding?
My old college frame- a 48cm 2005 Orbea Lobular (aluminum body, carbon fork
and stays) & has new parts- is for sale!
$600- priced to move. The Apex alone is worth more than that- but this bike
sells as a complete only. I want my Orbea to have a happy second life. :)
This is me on it in '06 Collegiate Nats:

I've put NEW 2012 Sram Apex on it and DT Axis 2.0 wheels. It's ready to
roll! (sorry, no Rolfs for you! ;)
The frame has cosmetic dings/scratches- but it's been looked over by several
mechanics and the frame is healthy!
It's NOT women's specific. I'm 5'4" (barely). My current women's road bike
(Specialized Amira) is a 51cm. By sight- it looks like the head tube is
shorter and seat tube slacker on the Orbea vs my Amira. But I can measure
for realsy if that's important to you.
If you're interested and want current pics, geometry, etc email me!
The bike is at Gregg's Bellevue right now.
Cheers,
RJ
