Job Qualifications:  
Excellent opportunities in Seattle! Relocation assistance provided. Degree
in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field,
with the desire for a career in Human Resources focusing on Recruiting.
Requires good communication, interpersonal, organizational and
multi-tasking skills. Ability to keep confidences and respect confidential

to training and feedback.  

Job Description:  
The successful candidate(s) will be trained and mentored in learning the
art of recruiting and will learn the full cycle recruiting process and
procedures from opening requisitions to hiring professional staff. The
position involves sourcing and recruiting qualified professional staff for
a national architecture and engineering consulting firm, reference
checking, maintaining updates in applicant tracking system, initiating
background checks, preparing offer letters and packets and processing new
hire paperwork.
