[uwtech-svn-announce] svn update to version 1.6.0

[uwtech-svn-announce at u.washington.edu]

Tuesday night (3/31) subversion on all centrally managed UW Technology  
hosts will be updated to version 1.6.0.  This includes the recently  
lagging linux3 hosts.

The change should be transparent to users.
